Business Office Manager
As a Business Office Manager, you are responsible for the overall management of business office activities in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standard guidelines and regulations, and as directed by the administrator. You will also coordinate with the Central Billing Office on managing insurance payments, including private, Medicare, Medicaid, and other managed care; manage refunds for accounts receivable; and maintain appropriate logs and reports, not limited to resident funds, census records, and case accounts.

High school diploma, or equivalent, required
Associate's degree in business or accounting fields preferred
Prior experience in business office operations in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
Must possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies and their representatives in the community
Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
