Position Summary
This position will assist the Operations Manager in the Carolina Institute for Developmental Disabilities with administrative tasks associated for grant and contract submissions. Duties include emailing participating personnel to collect information and/or forms; tracking information collected; formatting and collating forms for submission; reviewing forms for completeness and formatting; data entry into University and Federal systems; other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Education And Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Management Preferences

Connect Carolina and Infoporte experience

Experience with Microsoft Suite applications

Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
