Compensation:
$160,000 – $190,000 Base Salary
We are seeking a high-caliber
Professional Engineer (PE)
to lead MEP design and technical execution for complex, large-scale projects. This role is designed for a strategic technical leader who can oversee the full project lifecycle—from initial documentation to cross-disciplinary coordination—ensuring that every system is seamlessly integrated and delivered to the highest standards.
As a Lead Engineer, you will not only drive the technical mechanical, electrical, or plumbing design but also serve as a mentor and coordinator for junior staff. You will work in a collaborative environment where efficiency, QA/QC excellence, and client relationship management are the pillars of our success.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership:
Execute and oversee comprehensive design documents in alignment with rigorous industry and internal standards.
Project Orchestration:
Monitor project milestones to ensure all deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of internal and external coordination.
Resource Management:
Collaborate with Project Managers to assess weekly manpower needs, manage budget hours, and optimize staffing assignments.
Quality Assurance:
Lead the preparation of documents to ensure thorough QA/QC reviews are finalized prior to project delivery.
Client Engagement:
Act as a technical representative to foster long-term client partnerships through professional socialization and project excellence.

Qualifications
Licensure:
Active Registered Professional Engineer (PE) status is required.
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing design within a multi-disciplinary firm.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to consultants, clients, and internal teams.
Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, staffing timelines, and junior engineering staff effectively.
