Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to manage client intake, staff onboarding, and insurance authorization processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both families and staff. Strategic Therapy is a Behavioral Health Agency providing in home and center based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services throughout New Jersey. We are looking for an office manager with ABA experience to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to parents, children, and staff.
Answer and manage phone calls, scheduling, and inquiries.
Manage employee onboarding and maintain employee records.
Manage client intakes and onboarding.
Assist with billing, coding, and authorization processes to support timely and accurate service delivery.
Qualifications

Experience supporting operations within an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well with children and families in a professional setting.
Proficient in handling phone calls, scheduling, and administrative duties.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of insurance processes and medical billing is a plus.
Familiarity with Central Reach platform is a plus.
Report to office location once a week.
