2027 Tax Staff I - Private Client Services (PCS)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Private Client Services (PCS) Staff I, you will work with the PCS team to learn the process of preparing financial statements and how to perform compilations and reviews. You will also learn the preparation procedures of federal and state income tax returns.
Basic Qualifications
Must have completed a Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in accounting, or an equivalent program from an accredited college or university.
0-2 years of recent public accounting experience.
This position is hybrid and requires in-office attendance.
Must be able to reliably commute to the assigned office location and client sites as required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications
Pursuing the minimum educational requirements for CPA licensure in the state of the assigned office location.
Pursuing 150 academic credits or a Master’s degree in accounting, or an equivalent program from an accredited college or university.
Final graduation date of December 2026 – September 2027.
Strong academic track record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
