Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
3 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management).
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
5 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical authority on security and compliance for the organization. You will oversee early product development, from product requirements documents(PRD) onward, to identify and mitigate both security and compliance risks, ensure that the services meet the highest standards.
Proactively identify and surface upcoming product security risks to the centralized Security and Compliance (S&C) programs for prioritization. Lead the engineering efforts to achieve and maintain all necessary compliance certifications.
Define the technical architecture, design, and implementation details for critical security solutions and features. Implement and verify key compliance controls such as CMEK, AXT, DRZ etc.
Apply your deep product expertise to support the resolution of complex security vulnerabilities (e.g., NTK/VRP) and ensure that all organizational policies for compliance are enforced.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
