SQL Server Developer/Database Developer (W2 Only)

Akkodis is seeking SQL Server Developer/Database Developer as Fully Remote for a 12-month contract. Ideally, looking for applicants with 10+ years’ experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases.
Rate Range: $75/hour to $80/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, debug, and test T‑SQL code to address a wide range of technical and analytical problems
Determine and implement effective strategies to explore, analyze, interpret, standardize, and conform complex datasets
Collaborate with team members to determine the sufficiency of data and ensure alignment in requirements
Assist Solutions Architects in the development of data processing plans that address the custom needs of each project
Interface with business stakeholders to identify new and/or clarify existing requirements
Manage and prioritize assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines are achieved, communicating appropriately about progress and obstacles
QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years’ experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases
Advanced/expert level knowledge and experience working with SQL Server and/or in the development of T‑SQL code
Proficient in tuning T‑SQL queries and/or in the optimization of database server performance
Experience performing complex data analysis of very large datasets
