Job Description
Paradigm is searching for a
SQL Server Data and Analytics Specialist
to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. The specialist will design, develop, and optimize data solutions for Legal Services projects, working closely with architects and project managers to deliver client‑focused outcomes in a dynamic team environment.
Type: 1 year contract
Location: Fully Remote, USA

Responsibilities
Develop, debug, and test T‑SQL code to address a wide range of technical and analytical problems.
Determine and implement strategies to explore, analyze, interpret, standardize, and conform complex datasets.
Collaborate with team members to determine data sufficiency and ensure alignment in requirements.
Assist Solutions Architects in developing data processing plans that address custom needs of each project.
Interface with business stakeholders to identify new and/or clarify existing requirements.
Manage and prioritize assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and communicate progress and obstacles as required.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience leading the development of technical solutions.
10+ years’ experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases.
Proficient in tuning T‑SQL queries and/or optimizing database server performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills for collaborative interaction with peers, managers, and business stakeholders.
Comfortable in consultative interactions, able to articulate challenges and solutions to non‑technical stakeholders.
Must enjoy and have experience working in a fast‑paced environment, able to realign quickly with shifting priorities.
Advanced/expert level knowledge of SQL Server and/or developing T‑SQL code.
Experience performing complex data analysis of huge datasets.
