Project Overview
We are modernizing our legacy SQL Server data environment and migrating to a modern cloud-based architecture leveraging
Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, Databricks , and optimized SQL Server.
To support this initiative, we are hiring
three Data Engineers , each with a distinct area of expertise:
1 Snowflake expert
1 Azure Data Lake expert
1 SQL Server expert (with strong performance tuning experience)
All candidates should ideally have experience with
Databricks .
The selected Data Engineers will design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines, ensure high data quality, and support advanced analytics across the organization.
Ideal Candidate Background
Workforce Planning experience is a strong plus.
Backgrounds in modern cloud data ecosystems, enterprise data engineering, and large-scale data migrations are highly desirable.
Top Required Skills (with expected experience)
Snowflake / Azure Data Lake / SQL Server (roledependent)
5+ years hands-on experience in the primary technology area
Performance tuning & query optimization
3-5 years of experience optimizing large, complex datasets
Databricks (preferred for all)
2+ years experience

Deep experience with
modern cloud data best practices
and migration strategies.
Team Structure
