product strategy, commercial acumen, and operational execution , with experience in consumer goods, appliances, or durable products.
Requirements
Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management:
Develop and execute the product strategy for parts and accessories aligned with overall business objectives
Manage the full product lifecycle, including assortment planning, pricing, and end-of-life decisions
Identify gaps and opportunities to expand the portfolio and increase attach rates
Revenue Growth & Profitability
Own P&L for parts and accessories category
Drive revenue growth through pricing strategy, bundling, and promotional initiatives
Partner with sales and e-commerce teams to optimize merchandising and conversion
Customer Experience & Brand Alignment
Ensure all parts and accessories meet the company's luxury brand standards
Enhance the post-purchase experience through improved availability, packaging, and support
Leverage customer insights, service data, and feedback to inform product decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Marketing teams
Align on product development, inventory planning, and go-to-market strategies
Support service and warranty teams with parts availability and lifecycle planning
Supply Chain & Operations
Partner with supply chain to ensure optimal inventory levels and service levels
Monitor demand forecasting, lead times, and supplier performance
Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality standards
Data & Insights
Analyze sales trends, margin performance, and inventory metrics
Develop reporting dashboards and KPIs for category performance
Use data to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement
Compensation
Compensation:
$110,000+ depending on experience, plus eligibility for bonus

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
5-8+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer goods, appliances, or aftermarket/service parts
Strong understanding of parts/accessories ecosystems and service models
Proven experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth
Analytical mindset with strong Excel/data analysis skills
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in luxury or premium consumer brands
Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory planning, and demand forecasting
E-commerce or DTC experience
