Compensation: $130,000.00 (+ Car/Cell Phone Allowance, Year-End Bonus)
Contractor Work Model: HYBRID– onsite and remote

Objective
Seeking a Business Development Manager ready to fuel expansion, cultivate key partnerships, and strengthen our presence in the industrial and construction industries.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a modern, data‑driven sales strategy.
Mentor and grow a high‑performing sales team.
Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with operations and finance to shape competitive pricing and long‑term agreements.
Track industry trends and customer insights to refine our approach.
Representation at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
Build lasting relationships with customers and industry partners.
Requirements
5‑10 years of sales leadership experience in mining, energy, industrial, or construction sectors.
A strong track record of negotiating contracts and long‑term supply agreements.
Solid understanding of mineral commodities, logistics, and regulatory environments.
Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Geology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
