to play a key role in supporting and coordinating onboarding activities to ensure a seamless and compliant experience for all new hires. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and excel at multitasking.

$45,000-55,000/yr
Bonus:
$1,000–$2,000 in monthly incentives
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in onboarding, preferably in a fast-paced staffing or high-volume environment.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you perform proactively and with urgency.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, onboarding platforms, and compliance requirements (Avionte’ and Fieldglass a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others succeed.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during busy/peak times.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires including new hire paperwork, background check/screening, data and document collection and submission, and monitoring the status of each step.
Utilization of various software and programs in order to complete a high-volume of data entry.
Serve as the go-to contact for new employees, answering questions and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Work closely with Recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to coordinate onboarding schedules and documentation. xywuqvp
