Back up receptionist per policies and procedures.
Accounting:
Print daily posting reports.
Balancing daily cash with multiple locations.
Make necessary corrections to reports and post to general journal.
Processing payments and adjustments.
Responsible for Accounts Receivable for multiple locations.
Future growth and learning of credit and collections.
Qualifications
Should be capable of lifting up to 45 lbs.
Must have ability to run 10-key machine by touch.
Must have efficient typing skills.
Dress code per employee handbook.
