Administrative Assistant (Temporary Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced professional environment. This is a hybrid temporary role based in Princeton, NJ, requiring strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to leadership and team members, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Prepare, update, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and events (virtual and onsite)
Assist with expense reports, invoices, and basic data entry
Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
Support ad hoc projects and general office operations as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of administrative or office support experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Experience working in a hybrid or professional office setting preferred
Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule (on-site and remote days required)
Professional office environment in Princeton, NJ
