The Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator supports commercial and interior construction projects by combining core APM responsibilities with day-to-day project coordination. This role partners with project managers and field teams to support schedules, budgets, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Description
Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and cost tracking
Coordinate project documents including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes
Assist with buyout activities, change orders, and vendor coordination
Track project milestones and support schedule updates
Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Help ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contract requirements
Profile
Experience in the construction industry, particularly with Class A and mixed commercial projects
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project components effectively
Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Proficiency with project management software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
Job Offer
