About the role
Position Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst will enable end‑to‑end supply chain visibility and support data‑driven decision‑making across North America supply chain. The role will support proactive risk identification and mitigation across end‑to‑end supply chain including demand, planning, customer service, inventory management and logistics. Overall, the function supports scalable growth, complexity reduction, and a digitally enabled supply chain.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide actionable insights to support decision‑making across E2E F&B NA Supply chain.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align data, processes, and priorities.
Identify and predict risk as well as proactively manage risks related to raw materials, supply disruptions, and service levels.
Support complexity reduction initiatives across raw materials analysis, formulations, and portfolio.
Analyze inventory health and recommend actions to reduce slow‑moving and obsolete stock while support on ideal inventory level strategy.
Drive improvements in working capital through data‑driven inventory optimization.
Support footprint optimization through product transfer and capacity utilization analysis.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor end‑to‑end supply chain performance.
Consolidate and standardize KPIs across multiple systems and business units.
Support customer reporting and executive communication with clear, structured insights.
Enable automation of reporting and support efficiency improvements.
Track and measure impact of continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
3‑5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations, or data analysis.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, production planning and logistics.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Must have advanced Excel skills, proficiency in data modeling, basic SQL, and experience with data transformation tools.
Experience working with ERP systems is required. SAP is preferred.
Experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Exposure to risk management, scenario planning, data integration and transformation, combining data from multiple sources into a unified view.
Exposure to supply chain control tower or digital supply chain concepts is a plus.
