Discipline Description
Quality Assurance personnel develop policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components and/or operations. They ensure products, services, or processes meet established quality standards and customer requirements. They develop, assure, and maintain the quality of products and processes, including standard procedures, and quality audits/reviews.
Typical Duties & Responsibilities
Work with Site tenants to schedule and monitor work for Civil and NDE subcontractors
Review and submit subcontractor documents
Provide estimates; balance timesheets/invoices and submit for processing; correspond with financial analysis
Work with Site SMEs and subcontract personnel to resolve issues
Handle Service Line Agreements and cost reports
Support off-shift hour work activities
Support subcontractors with on-site activities to include, but not limited to, inventory, training, housing, and general administrative forms to meet various Site requirements (badging, drug and alcohol testing, clearance requests, etc.)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least five years of experience (YOE) in a relevant role, OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least two years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field
Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered

SRNS is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, criminal records, and employment history, and education verifications. Positions with SRNS may require applicants to obtain and maintain a DOE L or Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Factors such as pre-employment background review results, dual citizenship status, and unpaid and/or unfiled taxes may impact your ability to obtain a security clearance.
