Job Summary
Rozana Rural Commerce Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure adherence to statutory and labour law compliances. The role will be responsible for accurate salary processing, statutory filings, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting audits while ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
Verify payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, incentives, overtime, and deductions.
Process salary revisions, reimbursements, bonuses, and Full & Final settlements.
Prepare payroll reports such as salary register, bank advice, and payroll reconciliation.
Coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursement and payroll accounting entries.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and TDS.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns within stipulated timelines.
Maintain statutory records and documentation as required by regulatory authorities.
Liaise with government authorities regarding compliance matters.
Labour Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian labour laws and regulations such as Shops & Establishment Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Gratuity Act.
Maintain statutory registers, notices, and compliance documentation.
HRIS & Data Management: Maintain payroll data in HRMS/Payroll systems (Keka).
Ensure accuracy of employee data including bank details, PAN, Aadhaar, and tax declarations.
