As the company prepares for the next generation of leadership, we are seeking a
Service Manager
to lead the service department and help continue that legacy.
The Role
The Service Manager leads the heart of the dealership’s operation — overseeing technicians, managing workflow, and ensuring customers receive fast, reliable, high-quality service.
You’ll run the shop, support the team, solve problems, and keep the department operating at a high level every day.
What You'll Do
Lead daily operations of the servicedepartment
Manage technician scheduling, workflow, and productivity
Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to high standards
Mentor and develop technicians
Support customers through complex service situations
Drive operational performance and department results
What We're Looking For
Experience leading technicians or running a service shop
Strong mechanical background (marine, diesel, equipment, or powersports)
A leader who takes pride in building a great team
Someone who values craftsmanship, accountability, and customer trust
Compensation
Approximately $100K–$120K depending on experience, plus benefits.
Location
East Wenatchee offers exceptional access to boating, fishing, skiing, and mountain recreation, all within a close-knit community in the heart of Central Washington.
