We are seeking an experienced
Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategist and Practitioner
to lead and execute change initiatives for a large-scale
Agentic AI transformation
impacting
Field Service Technicians (FSTs) .
This role is critical to ensuring rapid, confident, and sustained adoption of
AI agent assisted workflows
that fundamentally reshape how field technicians plan work, execute installations, inspections, and repairs, and receive real-time guidance on the job.
The ideal candidate combines
change strategy ,
frontline enablement , and
hands-on execution , with a deep empathy for technicians working in physical, high-pressure environments such as hotels, restaurants, factories, and retail locations.
Skills & Capabilities
Core OCM Expertise
8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management
Proven experience leading change for:
Digital platforms
AI, automation, or intelligent systems
Strong grounding in change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR), with the ability to adapt rather than apply mechanically
Frontline & Field Service Experience (Highly Preferred)
Direct experience working with:
Field service technicians
Blue-collar or frontline workforces
Safety-critical or compliance-driven environments
Ability to design change for mobile, distributed, non-desk-based users
AI & Technology Acumen
