As a Senior Consultant in Agentic Delivery Acceleration, you will pioneer the rapid development of agentic AI capabilities that transform how AWS Professional Services leverages artificial intelligence to reimagine delivery of value to customers. Within AWS Professional Services you will maintain end‑to‑end product management of the ADAPT business architecture, drive feature prioritization and roadmap decisions, orchestrate rapid prototyping, and work directly with the field to accelerate adoption of leading AI technologies while establishing best practices for agentic delivery across the global organization.
Key job responsibilities
Lead ADAPT product roadmap and architecture, maintaining end‑to‑end oversight of business architecture, feature prioritization, backlog management, and technical coherence to maximize customer value and business impact.
Lead rapid prototyping initiatives by orchestrating 30‑45 day sprint cycles with cross‑functional teams, translating customer needs into actionable requirements and delivering beta solutions.
Drive prototype‑to‑production transitions by establishing seamless handoff processes with engineering teams to scale beta solutions into fully supported GA releases with appropriate maintenance frameworks.
Experiment hands‑on with emerging technologies such as Quick Suite, Kiro, and other agentic AI platforms to evaluate capabilities, identify integration opportunities, and inform data‑driven roadmap decisions.
Establish product KPI and success metrics to measure adoption rates, customer satisfaction, time‑to‑value, and business impact, using data‑driven insights to drive continuous product improvement.
Build and influence cross‑functional partnerships across ProServe delivery, product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams to align on strategy, resource allocation, and investment priorities.
Develop go‑to‑market strategies and enablement programs including positioning, messaging, best practices, and playbooks that accelerate team proficiency and drive successful adoption of AI Platform capabilities.
Conduct customer discovery and stakeholder management through user research, feedback synthesis, and executive engagement to identify unmet needs, validate assumptions, and align diverse teams on product vision.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (e.g., Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale.
5+ years of delivering customer engagements in a professional services role.
Bachelor’s degree in STEM field.
5+ years of cloud computing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with and presenting to C‑level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent.
Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering.
Experience with AI/ML technologies.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
AWS experience preferred.
Compensation and benefits
Base salary ranges by location:
USA, CO, Denver – 153,600.00 – 207,700.00 USD annually
USA, IL, Chicago – 153,600.00 – 207,700.00 USD annually
USA, MA, Boston – 153,600.00 – 207,700.00 USD annually
USA, NY, New York – 168,900.00 – 228,500.00 USD annually
USA, TX, Austin – 153,600.00 – 207,700.00 USD annually
USA, TX, Dallas – 153,600.00 – 207,700.00 USD annually
USA, VA, Arlington – 153,600.00 – 207,700.00 USD annually
USA, WA, Seattle – 153,600.00 – 207,700.00 USD annually
