About the role
As a
Senior AWS AI Platform Engineer , you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native, AI-powered solutions that enable intelligent, agentic workflows across enterprise platforms. You will be a valued member of a cross-functional engineering team and collaborate closely with application, data, security, and platform stakeholders to build innovative solutions using AWS-native services.
In this role, you will:
Build and operate scalable, production-grade APIs using
AWS Lambda, Amazon ECS, and Amazon EKS
Design and implement
MCP Servers
and end-to-end agentic solutions using
AWS Bedrock AgentCore , including memory, observability, gateway, and identity components
Develop and integrate
agentic workflows
leveraging AWS Bedrock AgentCore
Integrate
Amazon Connect
with AI-driven and agentic backend workflows
Build and manage cloud infrastructure using
AWS CloudFormation
and
AWS CDK
Design, implement, and maintain
CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Practice and promote
spec-driven development , leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate design, implementation, and validation
Partner with multiple engineering and platform teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for
security, scalability, reliability, and observability

Strong hands-on experience with
AWS and cloud-native architectures
Experience building scalable APIs using
AWS Lambda, ECS, and/or EKS
Hands-on experience designing and building
MCP Servers
Experience delivering
end-to-end solutions using AWS Bedrock AgentCore
Experience integrating
Amazon Connect
with backend systems and workflows
Experience with
Infrastructure as Code , using
AWS CloudFormation and AWS CDK
Experience designing and maintaining
CI/CD pipelines , preferably with
GitHub Actions
Experience working in
complex, multi-team enterprise environments
These will help you stand out
Experience integrating
Amazon Connect with Bedrock AgentCore agentic workflows
Familiarity with
AWS Novasonic , especially when connected to Amazon Connect
Experience with
AI/LLM-based platforms , agent orchestration, and observability tooling
Hands-on experience with
spec-driven development
and AI-assisted engineering tools (such as Windsurf or SpecIt)
