What You’ll Do
Lead setup and launch of the System Integration Lab (SIL).
Plan and execute electrical and functional system tests.
Analyze results, document findings, and validate performance.
Solve hardware/software interface issues and support regression testing.
Coordinate testing across programs and teams.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field.
Experience testing spacecraft or missile systems.
Strong communication and ability to brief program management.
Proven leadership with diverse teams.
Active Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills
Experience in space/missile system integration & test (electrical, EMC/EMI, environmental).
Knowledge of SMC‑S‑016 and/or MIL‑STD‑810.
Experience in a satellite or missile test lab.
Security Clearance
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Location
Onsite Full‑time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from a standard 40‑hour week over five days to condensed schedules that allow additional time away from the office, in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.
Pay Rate
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, and Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York the salary range is $102,800 - $178,135. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
