As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have open availability, including nights, and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities:
Guest Services: Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Reservations: Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
Communication: Effectively communicate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Cash Handling: Process payments and provide accurate financial information to guests.
Qualifications:
Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, including reservation software.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Physical Requirements:
Lifting: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking.
Dexterity: Use of hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Vision: Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Hearing: Ability to hear and respond to guest inquiries and communicate effectively.
