Housekeeping Supervisor
Job purpose of Housekeeping Supervisor is to supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping staff, promoting a safe environment and quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction, protection of assets and minimal expenses with Erin Hills Golf Course while working tandem with a second Housekeeping Supervisor.
Areas of Responsibilities
The Lodge; Cottages; Village Clubhouse; (all non-kitchen areas)
Laundry/Linen storage area (Lodge & Village Clubhouse)
Continually seeks to develop housekeeping policies and procedures to improve the current operation
Assists in the training and development of all housekeeping associates
On Course Bathrooms (Halfway House, House on 13, & Bathroom on 3)
Primary Responsibilities
Housekeeping Staff
Assist in developing weekly housekeeping schedule
Adjust schedule daily based on guest room bookings
Assist in preparing and conducting 30 day and 60 day performance reviews
Quality Assurance
Monitors and inspects all furniture, rooms, supplies and general appearance of rooms to ensure all is up to Erin Hills' standards.
Assists in the training and development of all housekeeping associates.
Monitors guest complaints and takes corrective action when necessary.
Inspects property daily to ensure that cleanliness meets Erin Hills standards
All Housekeeping areas kept clean and properly organized
Inventory Control
Receives and confirms deliveries of supplies and services. Monitors inventory of all housekeeping supplies ensuring that staff has the necessary supplies available to perform their assignments.
Month end inventory count submit to Director of Hospitality
Submit order forms to Director of Hospitality with proper notice.
Laundry Control
Assisting in efforts to ensure laundry deliveries are on time and correct
Informing Property Manager to any issues that need immediate attention.
Requirements
Physical Requirements
Apply physical dexterity with some bending, stretching, reaching, holding and carrying
Lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis
Stand and walk for most of a work day, sometimes on uneven surfaces
Personal Qualifications
Genuine customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work as part of a team.
