Erin Hills Housekeeper
The Erin Hills Housekeeper is responsible for, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning guest rooms, bathroom, stripping of beds, stocking of closets, and overall stocking order of the Erin Hills Basement. All by enhancing our customers' satisfaction and incorporating the Erin Hills Mission Statement goals.
Full-Time / Part-Time Seasonal, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Areas of Responsibilities
Five Overnight Cottages and All Guest Rooms in Lodge
All Common areas of the Lodge and Village Clubhouse
Board rooms, locker rooms, general bathrooms and employee bathroom, golf shop, dining rooms, offices: Administration and Jim and Rich, basement areas
Primary Responsibilities
To efficiently remove and recycle all bedding from prior night upon the guidelines provided to you by direct supervisor.
Replace recycled bedding with correct bedding so that housekeeping can efficiently remake the beds in timely matter.
To efficiently make guest room beds upon the guideline provided to you by direct supervisor.
Clean all guest room bathrooms upon the guidelines provided to you by direct supervisor
Empty all trash out of guest's rooms
Vacuum all areas, as well as staircases
Dust and/or Murphy's all woodwork
Immediately notify the proper department if any luggage is left behind so that it can be removed before proceeding.
Inventory control resourcefully stock and manage the overall supply of housekeeping closets and efficiently put orders away.
Due diligence to assist in making the Erin Hills property kept up to the best of one's ability.
Report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Manager.
All guest complaints should be reported immediately to the Housekeeping Manager to ensure quick resolution.
Physical Requirements
Apply physical dexterity with some bending, stretching, reaching, grabbing, holding and carrying
Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Stand and walk for the majority of a work day, sometimes on uneven surfaces
Walk and climb, stairs and uneven ground
Personal Qualifications
Genuine customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work as part of a team.
