Job Title

This employee is responsible for the day-to-day secretarial duties of the department. Will answer the telephone, direct calls accordingly, assist with scheduling requested meetings and notify attendees of meetings timely, assist in the development of presentations by collection of data from appropriate persons/units/facility, coordinate data presentations in the proper presentation format, arrange and organize data for management to review, ensure that follow-up items are done timely prior to assigned meetings, assists with submitting/reporting data to various departments/agencies/as directed, assist in minute taking at assigned meetings, assists with data entry to department databases as assigned
eeded. Orders office supplies as needed/requested. Assist with daily time keeping monitoring and perform appropriate enters. Assist in typing and sending correspondence as requested. Will be an independent worker working in more than one facility and under the direction of more than one supervisor at a time. Assists management of department as needed.
Qualifications

1. Requires the individual have considerable organizational skills 2. Experience working in the health field is highly desirable for understanding medical terminology, agencies and acronyms. 3. Good interpersonal relationship skills. 4. Must understand and be proficient with the Microsoft Suite of products. 5. Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer. EDUCATION / LICENSURE: 1. High School diploma, GED, or Higher Education required. 2. Vocational training in administrative or higher level learning preferred but not required.
