Physician Assistant, Urology

An established and growing urology practice in the Clifton, Colorado area is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its expanding team. The group currently has 6 APPs and is looking to add 1–2 additional providers to support continued growth and patient demand.
This is an excellent opportunity for a provider with direct urology experience who is looking for a strong team environment, a balanced schedule, and the chance to practice across both clinic and hospital settings.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage patients in outpatient urology clinic settings
Assist with inpatient rounding, consults, follow-up care, and hospital-based urology needs
Diagnose and treat a broad range of urologic conditions
Provide patient education, treatment planning, and follow-up management
Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nursing staff, and support teams
Travel occasionally to two southern satellite clinic locations as needed, though primary worksite is in the Clifton area
Schedule & Call
Four 10-hour shifts per week
Mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities
Call rotation approximately 1 in every 6 weeks
No weekends, evenings, or holidays outside of scheduled call responsibilities
Strong work-life balance with predictable scheduling
Qualifications
Licensed PA or NP in Colorado (or ability to obtain licensure)
Direct urology experience required
Ability to work independently while functioning well within a team environment
Strong communication and patient care skills
Comfortable in both clinic and hospital-based settings
Work Environment
Established urology group with 6 experienced APPs currently on staff
