Overview
This role leads a cross‑functional team to implement the MDR requirements for the Arlington manufacturing site. The MDR project manager will lead the team in development and execution of the project management plan, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and keep stakeholders updated on progress.

Job Duties

Lead the team in the development of the project management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project.

Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope; review with manager for approval. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure.

Develop and manage the detailed project schedule. Analyze critical path and major workstreams.

Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan.

Estimate, acquire and assign project team resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member.

Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country will be considered.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Minimum 6 years experience in project scheduling and risk management.

Skills: Project Management, Risk Management.

Experience: Ability to develop and manage detailed project schedules; ability to develop risk management plans.
