We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Service Management (Money Manager Data Team) to join our Managed Account Solutions team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Client Service Management Specialists for the Money Manager Data team are responsible for the completion and coordination of the configuration of Third Party Money Managers onto Managed Accounts Solutions platform, as well as for maintenance of configuration data post onboarding lifecycle.
Configure and coordinate the Manager Onboarding process, including: updating internal systems, following up on delegated set up tasks with internal and external teams and communicating next steps/completion to stakeholders.
Maintenance and integrity of manager system data, coordination of maintenance activities with other parties (internal and external) as it pertains to manager/style configuration attributes.
Reconcile the PAS SharePoint for RIA manager/style requests weekly.
Monitor queues in Growth Dynamics, Access Hub, Microsoft Dynamics and ServiceNow for action items.
Identify and escalate any problematic issues or patterns with requests submitted to team.
Research items prior to reaching out to other parties as well as with leveraging the assistance of teammates.
Money Manager Data team is responsible for the completion and coordination of the configuration of Third Party Money Managers onto Pershing’s managed account platform, as well maintain the configuration data post onboarding lifecycle. Money Manager Data team members will work with internal and external parties in conversion and BAU workstreams in capturing all relevant data points and gaining exposure to the managed account workflows.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; or relevant experience.
Strong time management, communication and prioritization skills required.
Must be exceptionally organized, and able to articulate regular status updates.
Managed Accounts experience preferred.
