Production Assistant Junior Project Coordinator Entry Level

About the Role
Elevation Exteriors is looking for a Production Assistant to be our "boots on the ground" during active projects. This is a critical role that bridges the gap between our sales team, our installation crews, and our homeowners. You will ensure that every job site reflects our standards of quality and that our customers feel informed and respected throughout the entire process.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Supervision: Remaining on-site during installations to monitor progress, ensure safety protocols are followed, and troubleshoot any immediate issues.
Homeowner Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for the homeowner during the build; providing updates and answering questions to ensure a 5-star experience.
Material Management: Identifying when extra materials are needed and picking them up mid-job to prevent delays; returning all excess materials to the supplier or warehouse immediately upon project completion.
Quality Control & Final Walkthrough: Conducting a rigorous final inspection of the work (roofing, siding, gutters) and walking the homeowner through the finished project to ensure 100% satisfaction and collect final signatures.
What You Need to Bring
Communication Skills: You must be professional, well-spoken, and comfortable explaining the remodeling process to homeowners.
Driving & Logistics: Ability to safely operate a large pickup truck and maneuver a trailer. A clean driving record is required.
The "Eye for Detail": You need to be the person who spots a stray nail in the grass or a slightly crooked piece of flashing before the homeowner does.
Physical Ability: Comfortable climbing ladders to perform inspections and capable of loading/unloading heavy materials (up to 80 lbs).
