Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management:
Own end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors, and foster collaboration across stakeholders.
Governance & Reporting:
Drive project governance, prepare progress reports, and ensure transparent stakeholder communication.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to state procurement policies, digital delivery standards, and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with government agencies, partners, and internal teams to align on objectives and outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies for efficient project execution.
Qualifications
8–12 years of project management experience, preferably in public sector or government digital programs.
Proven track record of managing large-scale digital transformation or web modernization projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with state procurement processes and compliance frameworks.
