Whether it’s in our homes, hospitals or the community, we bring skill, empathy and innovation to every moment of care.**About The Role** The Digital Project Manager is accountable for the end to end leadership and delivery of complex digital initiatives across HammondCare, spanning data, analytics, information management, reporting, and technology‐enabled change.Operating across multiple workstreams, this role manages significant delivery risk and stakeholder complexity to ensure digital initiatives deliver agreed outcomes, measurable benefits, and real organisational value.
