Systems Engineering Technician

Purpose: This is a position that provides advanced technical support for one or more project teams concurrently.
Key Tasks:
Proficient in the application of a broad set of analytical and technical tools within a single company technical discipline (Mechanical, QA, V&V, etc.), with a strong emphasis on Risk Reduction testing (RRT) and Verification and Validation (V&V) testing.
Possesses the technical skills and knowledge to function effectively in a second technical discipline, enhancing cross-functional collaboration and project outcomes.
Demonstrates proficiency with analytical skills necessary to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems within the primary technical discipline, including the application of Instron testing.
Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED - Required
Associate’s degree - Required or 2-year trade/military school - Required
Minimum 5 Years of designing/drafting Experience - Preferred
Possesses the analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems within single technical discipline. Required
Handles multiple concurrent projects, understands priorities of assigned tasks and plans daily activities accordingly.
Develops creative solutions to challenging problems.
