
Small Press Operator- Temp

Job Purpose
Operate manual hand presses to attach tabs, pins and pems to stampings and/or board level products. Cross‑train to anodize rack, assembly or packing as workflow requires.
Key Accountabilities
Operate all hand presses.
Perform first‑piece inspection on assigned work to ensure correct parts, hardware and tooling for quality.
Accurate wanding and record‑keeping to ensure credibility and lot integrity.
Produce at or exceed quota.
Communicate clearly with Team Leader and Supervisor.
Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Job Scope
Work is routine/semi‑routine; limited judgement required. Receives detailed instructions. Cross‑train to other departments such as anodize rack, assembly or packing. Occasionally interact with internal customers and peers. Decision making responsibility is minimal; wide variety of resources available.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read, write and perform basic math calculations.
Ability to read and use dial calipers.
Good manual dexterity with hand/eye coordination.
Ability to sit for long durations at a workstation.
None required for licenses, certifications or special training.
