Maintenance Electrician – $29–$38/hr (DOE)

We are seeking a skilled
Maintenance Electrician t
to support residential and facility operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability across multiple properties.
This is a hands‑on position for someone who takes pride in their work, can think independently, and is comfortable handling both routine maintenance and unexpected issues.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, panels, and fixtures
Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
Troubleshoot electrical issues in residential units and common areas
Inspect systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and national codes
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents
Coordinate with contractors on larger repairs and projects
Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and repairs
Support and guide other maintenance team members as needed
Respond to on‑call and emergency service requests
What They’re Looking For:
Strong experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
Knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
NC Electrical License (or ability to obtain) preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
Comfortable in a hands‑on, active work environment
Must pass background check and drug screen
