DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will work within the EBR IT DC to provide high level IT support for Pennsylvania Lottery systems, platforms, and protections. Responsibilities involve providing primary IT support for state and multi-state Lottery drawings and the Internal Control System and serving as a secondary technical contact providing maintenance and support through the analysis and resolution of complex issues for the Lottery Retailer and Employee portals. This includes system administration, day to day monitoring, interface management, requirements management, troubleshooting and resolution of issues, quality assurance and management, and multi-tiered technical support of diverse and complex technical environments.
Our team will also rely on you to maintain effective multi-level working relationships with diverse technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders, provide feedback to upper management on the effect of current technical advancements and trends on the Lottery's current applications, and provide training to appropriate personnel on newly developed systems and processes. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Occasional after hours support work required.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. This position currently reports to the office on Tuesday and Wednesday each week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as an Information Technology Generalist 2, Applications Developer 2, Database Analyst, Information Security Specialist 1, or Network Specialist 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Five years of information technology experience that includes two years of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, database maintenance or database development, data analysis and data model development, administration of information technology security programs, or other information technology support/administration services; or
- Three years of information technology experience that includes two years of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, database maintenance or database development, data analysis and data model development, administration of information technology security programs, or other information technology support/administration services, and an associate's degree in any information technology field; or
- One year of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, database maintenance or database development, data analysis and data model development, administration of information technology security programs, or other information technology support/administration services, and a bachelor's degree in any information technology field; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
