Roles and Responsibilities
Champion patient-centered care by executing personalized treatment plans that directly improve health outcomes and quality of life.
Lead collaborative care efforts with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless, supportive experience for patients and their families.
Cultivate a safe clinical environment by proactively managing risks and maintaining high standards of care excellence.
Drive continuous improvement by contributing to team huddles and initiatives that streamline operations and elevate the standard of service.
Support patient advocacy by translating complex clinical information into clear, empathetic guidance that empowers patients in their recovery.
Minimum Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) Preferred.
Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD).
Education for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) Preferred.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
