How you’ll make an impact in this role
Deliver compassionate, high-quality direct patient care that strictly adheres to established organizational protocols and best practices.
Manage the entire patient care journey, meticulously documenting progress, executing physician and nursing orders promptly, and communicating critical status updates to the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Coordinate care across all clinical disciplines, acting as the primary liaison to guarantee seamless and well-integrated patient services and ensure optimal care outcomes.
Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning by assessing patient needs and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a safe, smooth, and successful transition home.
What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 months of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire required.
