Plumbing Service Technician – Commercial
Location: Chesapeake, VA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $30-$40 + service sales incentives

We’re seeking an experienced and reliable Plumbing Service Technician to join our commercial service team in Chesapeake, VA. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in diagnosing and repairing complex plumbing and piping systems in large commercial facilities. Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, repairs, and modifications to medium to large plumbing and piping systems
Troubleshoot and repair failures in systems such as:
Water closets
Sanitation and storm drainage systems
Domestic water heating systems
Hydronic systems
Fire sprinkler piping systems
Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and compliance
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied commercial environments
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience as a plumber, specializing in commercial systems
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across a wide range of plumbing components
Journeyman Plumbing License (preferred, not required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
