As a Third Party Liability Specialist Supervisor within the Trauma Code Tracking Unit, you will lead a dedicated team for the Recovery Section, Bureau of Program Integrity, Division of Third Party Liability. In this role, you will provide direct oversight to Third Party Liability Specialists as they interpret and apply complex federal and state mandates, court decisions, and organizational policies regarding casualty and estate recovery programs. Beyond daily supervision, you will analyze evolving legal regulations to ensure our recovery processes remain compliant. By keeping your staff informed of critical legislative shifts, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our administrative programs.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience as a Third Party Liability Specialist or Third Party Liability Agent (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of professional experience collecting, interpreting, or analyzing claims information; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
