We are seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee clinical operations in a healthcare setting.
Lead and manage nursing staff across all units, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards such as HIPAA and NCQA.
Supervise patient assessments, medication administration, infection control, and sterile procedures.
Coordinate discharge planning, case management, and maintain accurate medical documentation using EMR/EHR systems.
Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
Valid RN/LPN license with BLS, extensive clinical and supervisory experience, familiarity with specialized populations, and strong leadership skills.
This part‑time role offers $38-$40/hour for 18-24 hours weekly, requiring in‑person work.
