We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts.
Provide supervision to nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations.
Act as the clinical decision-maker, monitor resident conditions, and coordinate with providers as needed.
Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing issues in real-time.
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability across shifts.
Qualifications
Current RN license in NM, with prior supervisory or long-term care experience preferred. Strong assessment and leadership skills required.
