Weekend RN Supervisor
Lead clinical operations during weekend shifts.
Provide supervision and support to nursing staff (LPNs and CNAs)
Oversee daily nursing activities, ensuring resident safety and quality care
Make clinical decisions and serve as the main contact during weekends
Monitor resident conditions, coordinate with providers, and support medication and infection control
Manage staffing, handle operational issues, and ensure proper documentation
Promote teamwork and professionalism across shifts
Qualifications
Current RN license in NM, with preferred supervisory or long-term care experience. Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
