Weekend RN Supervisor
Provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising nursing staff (LPNs and CNAs) and overseeing daily operations

Ensuring resident safety and high-quality care in compliance with regulations

Making clinical decisions and communicating with providers

Supporting medication management, documentation, and infection control

Addressing staffing needs and operational issues in real-time

Promoting teamwork and professionalism

Qualifications:

Current RN license in New Mexico

Previous supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred

Experience in long-term care is a plus

Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills

Offerings:

Competitive weekend pay differential ($35-$45/hr)

Supportive leadership and a stable weekend schedule

Part-time role (approx. 24 hours/week)
