Your Role
As an RN Supervisor, you’ll oversee nursing operations during your scheduled weekends, ensuring compliance, mentoring staff, and fostering a positive environment. This leadership role offers flexibility and the chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Provide guidance and mentorship to CNAs and LPNs
Respond to emergencies and maintain quality care standards
What We’re Looking For
Active Georgia RN license
Leadership experience in long-term care preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Schedule
Every Other Weekend
12-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
