About The Role
Clarvida is seeking a dedicated Therapist to support children and families, who are involved in the child welfare system. In this role, you will provide individualized, trauma-informed therapy to children and families in their homes and community settings, helping them navigate critical moments and build healthier futures. This position offers flexibility, meaningful clinical work, and strong supervisory support. You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with families while delivering services where they are most impactful.
Responsibilities
Provide individual and family therapy to children and youth involved in the child welfare system
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Deliver therapy services in homes, foster homes, schools, and community settings
Support children and families through emotional and behavioral challenges
Collaborate with families, case teams, and community partners
Participate in Child and Family Team Meetings and court-related processes as needed
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Manage an independent caseload while participating in supervision and team meetings
Requirements
Licensed or able to become licensed in Indiana as one of the following: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LSW
Valid Indiana Driver’s License in good standing
Active state-minimum auto insurance
Ability to work independently in community and in-home settings
Ability to pass all required background checks

Salary range of $50,000–$63,000/year based on 20–25 client hours per week
Opportunity for salary increases based on client hours
$2,500 sign-on bonus
