Responsibilities
Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications
Set up and adjust welding equipment for proper weld quality
Prep materials (cutting, grinding, cleaning) prior to welding
Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality cosmetic welds
Inspect welds for defects and ensure they meet standards
Perform minor fabrication and fit-up as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
5+ years of TIG welding experience
Strong ability to read prints and follow weld specs
Experience welding thin gauge materials and critical components
Knowledge of proper weld techniques and safety practices
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
