Role Description

We are seeking a full-time OTR Service Technician to join our team in Hammond, IN. This on-site role involves performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of OTR tires and equipment. The technician will also deliver excellent customer service while executing field service tasks, ensuring timely and efficient support to our clients. This position is key to helping our customers maintain optimal vehicle and equipment performance.
Qualifications

Proven experience with Maintenance & Repair of OTR tires and equipment
Strong Troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and address technical issues efficiently
Experience in providing Field Service, including on-location
Exceptional Customer Service skills with a customer-focused approach to resolving issues
Ability to work in physically demanding environments, with strict adherence to safety protocols
Prior experience in the tire industry is a plus
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
