AI Product Builder (Mon-Fri 8:00AM-4:30PM) ONSITE
RK Logistics Group, Chandler, AZ, United States
Overview
This role is not a traditional software engineering position and is not focused on writing large amounts of custom code. The AI Product Builder turns unclear business ideas into live, automated business systems by leveraging existing AI tools, platforms, and integrations. The primary work is orchestrating and deploying AI-powered workflows and internal tools that deliver measurable business outcomes, not building software from scratch. Success is defined by adoption, speed, and ROI.
If you prefer detailed technical specifications, deep engineering ownership, or spending most of your time writing traditional code, this role will not be a fit. This position does not offer visa sponsorship.

Identify opportunities where existing AI tools and automation can reduce cost, increase revenue, or save time

Communicate progress, outcomes, and blockers clearly to stakeholders
Document systems to enable reuse and scaling
